Excited for the future, currently trying to be, 

But perhaps if I write it, it’ll come nearer’ 

Watch me, as I turn this melancholy   

To a new mood, boosted and new

I’ll run in a field, water my flowers

My garden, admired, spirits lift

I can feel my good mood coming in.

Watch as I jump straight out of this slump

Mal feelings I dump, my mom always says

In with the good, out with the shit…

Quite the saying and a smile appears

With a good mood becoming clear.

The day is bright, watch me! 

I might just enjoy it, don’t let those 

Poor thoughts ruin your 

Jaunt, or gallop or glee, 

Just look at me now I’m skipping! 

I know I’m faster thinking back to a time

With you and I, how silly you may have thought

But watch as you join in I saw your huge grin! 

Sliding on flat shoes, as the snow came in,

Laughing with joy oh what a good memory,

A good one, of you and Me. 

Happy I shall be, since I have a smile on, and somehow every good mood has some part… 

That includes a good memory of you.
